The Sales Solutions Specialist role is a dynamic and an exciting opportunity to work closely with other highly motivated sales and marketing professionals in an extremely fast paced and rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate is ambitious and seeks a challenging work environment that will cultivate knowledge and understanding of the digital advertising industry and ultimately accelerate career growth.
The primary function of the Sales Solutions Specialist is to provide strategic thinking and professional materials at every level of the Sales process at VideoEgg.
Responsibilities
• Drive proposal process from RFP (request for proposal) to IO (insertion order) with strategic thinking, solid execution and timeline management
• Coordination of campaign requirements (post IO) through cooperation and collaboration with Sales and operational support teams (AdOps, Creative, Audience Network, etc.)
• Assist Sales with tactical support (call prep and follow-up) through a comprehensive understanding of company assets and capabilities
• Provide category expertise through a well-developed strategy for packaging and the value proposition and providing information and resources for key industries
• Provide administrative assistance to the Sales organization with support for data entry, contact database management, revenue tracking reports, mailings, as well as coordination of travel arrangements and client events
• Generate sales leads through prospecting by category as well as acting as first point of contact for inbound inquiries
Requirements
• Proficient problem-solver
• Strong organizational skills and a focus on the details
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities
• Strong customer service attitude including interpersonal skills
• Proven history of strategic thinking and an ability to work with metrics, numbers and trends
• Acute sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast paced environment
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work effectively in a team structure and a collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous professional experience highly preferred
